STRATEGIC DIAGNOSIS – SALVA
Design provides great value at any levels for any company, but when made from a strategic level, the impact is more powerful and valuable, as demonstrated in this project. After making a diagnosis from the User and Customer Experience for SALVA, different lines of action were identified, based on SALVA’s Dimensions, where strategic actions will set an aligned and innovative course for them. The key was to involve all stakeholders from the beginning, under a collaborative and participatory approach among all departments, clients, suppliers, etc. and to provide practical and visual tools that facilitate both the contributions and the application of the defined strategic lines.
