LKS Cooperative, LKS DIARADESIGN and Mondragon Unibersity, participated together moderating a workshop about Patient Experience in a Day Hospital at the 20th National Congress of Hospitals, held in Seville on March.

With two communications (poster and oral), LKS showed its value position of how Future Hospitals could be shaped, taking into account patient experience and the efficient management of resources.
