Massive assistance for the 2nd edition of the Patient Experience Congress, where healthcare professionals and patients gathered on November 21 in Madrid, and LKS gave a Design Thinking workshop. The workshop was based on the approach of LKS in healthcare projects: Improving patient experience, with proper management of resources, and from healthy relationships.

In this case, we focused on one of our working methodologies, Design Thinking, based on co-creation and empathy as principles applied to the workshop. The result was the creation of a Journey Map, together with creative prototypes, where all the participants created an “ideal” experience of a cycle of chemotherapy in an Oncology Hospital.
