A positive experience of travelling by public transport may make us users of a more sustainable mobility, and bus shelters are an important point in that perception.

Applying Design Thinking methodology, a design audit of City Bus shelters was made for Pamplona´s Commonwealth. The aim was to find out insights, taking into account product and user experience viewpoints, that could shape a new shelter or just to improve the current one. For this purpose, different techniques such as interviews, shadowing and video recording were used in order to gather conclusions, improvements and new requirements in a visual way.
